Capoeira Law- Studies

As both a capoeirista and an artist, I have a goal to create a comic about capoeira, specifically about how the art was practiced in early 20th century Brazil when it was still prohibited by law. Capoeira is a culture of active resistance against European colonialism and white supremacy, and it is a story that deserves to be heard more often.
